The next day budding folk guitar player Russ took his Silvertone acoustic out to the garage and added knobs to it . . . no electronics, just knobs!
On Sunday nights, 15 year-old guitarist Russ was gigging in a house band where he heard famous Nashville bands and acts like Tammy Wynette, George Jones, and others . . .
